Overview:
Our Total Support Small Business plan provides year-round, always-on-call live tech support to identify and fix PC problems quickly and easily-from viruses to setup to connection issues-so you can focus on your business and your customers. There's no need to leave your office or wait for a technician to arrive. You'll receive immediate access to US- and Canada-based tech experts over the phone and through an Internet connection- even on holidays, because we know your business never sleeps. We will also check that your existing anti-virus software is installed and up to date. Think of us as your personal IT staff on call when you need it most.

We support the following systems:
- Microsoft PC
- Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7
- Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Windows Mail, Microsoft Mail, Microsoft Entourage
- Internet Explorer version 5.5 or later, Firefox version 2 or later
- NOTE: User must have access to ISP login/password information
- NOTE: Other browsers may not be supported
Additional system requirements and service limitations:
- Support for more than one computer requires additional service
- Must have active and up-to-date anti-virus software
- Must be able to connect to the Internet for remote service
- Must have at least 256MB of RAM
- Must have administrator level access to the computer
- Does not cover online services or games, beta software, hardware issues, domain or password resets or "how to" training
