Our US tech support experts work over the phone and through an internet connection to resolve your computer issues immediately, so you can focus on your business and customers. Our staff identify and fix PC problems quickly and easily, from setup to connection to virus issues. We will check that your existing anti-virus software is installed and up to date, and even help set up online data backup for your network so you don't lose important files, email, customer information and more. Ideal for small businesses with up to ten computers, think of us as the ultimate on-call IT department. We're here for you anytime and anywhere you need us, including holidays—because we know your business never sleeps!

- NOTE: User must have access to ISP login/password information
- NOTE: Other browsers may not be supported
Additional system requirements and service limitations:
- Support for more than one computer requires additional service
- Must have active and up-to-date anti-virus software
- Must be able to connect to the Internet for remote service
- Must have at least 256MB of RAM
- Must have administrator level access to the computer
- Does not cover online services or games, beta software, hardware issues, domain or password resets or "how to" training
